We understand busy time schedules and personnel constraints. We know how constraints can interfere with learning new applications and systems. 3M S.M.A.R.T. services are here to help you set your systems up and keep them running effectively and efficiently for your facility.
Our services include:
- 1 hour of FREE set-up assistance through the 3M S.M.A.R.T. Help Line.
- Free ongoing telephone assistance for the first 15 minutes; after 15 minutes service is billed at $25 per 15 minutes.
- Consulting services at $100 per hour, including services such as:
- Entering your database of employees for training
- Assigning courses and tests per your specifications
- Customizing existing courses and tests to your facility
- Creating new courses and tests for your facility per your content and specifications
- Customizing procedures to your facility using your photos and logo
- Helping you develop and implement a training curriculum
